5 BENEFITS OF DOODLING

Hi There! I wanted to share the many benefits of doodling and why it is important to encourage children to doodle. My daughter loves to doodle and this is why I wanted to write this post. Here are the 5 benefits (there are many more but I wanted to list my personal top 5):

3. Helps with anxiety/stress
4. Develop problem solving skills
5. Cultivate ideas

I hope that you are encourage to grab a pencil and paper and doodle yourself. Doodling is relaxing as there is no pressure to create any master pieces. It is an organic way of creating art and the exciting thing is that it is a stepping stone to an expanded idea.
