TIPS AND IDEAS TO HELP YOU ACCESS DOODLE THINKS PRODUCTS AND FREEBIES
Technology can make our lives easier but at times it can be frustrating and problems may arise. Here are some tips and ideas that I hope will help resolve any issues that you may encounter.
Issue #1 - I never got my freebie! Ahhh, I want that freebie. Like, right now, like 5 minutes ago.
Most of my freebies are downloaded directly to your computer unless you are directed to a blog post or one of my shops. Check your computer's download folder if the file does not appear on your computer screen.
Issue #2 - I can't submit my name in the contact form.
If you're trying to type in your information and the screen appears to be stalled out saying 'submitting,' try clearing your browser cache. Here is a clearing your browser cache tutorial from the experts. If this doesn't work, try using a different browser. Some other options to try are Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Last efforts can include: disabling any browser extensions, shutting off your antivirus/firewall protections, or restarting your computer.
Issue #3 - My computer crashed, is lost or stolen, and I need to recover my files.
Good news is that my free files are always available to download from my blog or freebies page. If you've purchased anything from one of my shops, check the shop's account page or the email connected to it as your files may be there. Contact customer service from the specific shop or send me an email if you need further assistance.
Issue #4 - I purchased something from Doodle Thinks Online Shop and never received anything.
I’m so sorry. First, please check your spam folder connected to the email that you used in purchasing the product. Sometimes the files get directed there. If it’s not in your spam folder, please contact me through email and I'll get it to you as soon as possible so that you can enjoy the product you purchased.
